The Listing

So the day after this property was listed we looked at it with our awesome agent, Carrie Sebold, knew it was perfect, and made an offer that night. We agreed on a price the following afternoon and got under contract! We've had it inspected and our next step is working out FHA repairs (and deciding if we want to go FHA at all if the repairs are too much immediate cost). We can't wait to close and get moved in. Nick made himself a honey-do list (did I get a good one or what?) and I've got paint colors all picked out :)
